The Roxburgh seafront guest accommodation is family owned and ran by the Exley’s, building on the good reputation of previous owners Eileen and Jimmy Calder.
All our rooms are comfortable and spacious, and come complete with internet access, satellite TV, toiletries, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer and iron on request.
A light or full cooked breakfast is available and special diets can be catered for (please inform us in advance).
Spittal is perfect for a spot of fresh air, the promenade is flat, so great for cycling and scooting. Walkers and cyclists are welcome and we can store cycles safely during your stay.
Spittal Beach
Spittal has long been known as a holiday resort, since the 18th century, when visitors were keen to bathe in the sea and drink from the spa well. The Victorian promenade allows visitors to stroll by the sea, taking in the fresh air and beautiful views across to the Lighthouse, Elizabethan Walls and of Berwick town at the mouth of the River Tweed (an excellent place for photography).
